Who is responsible

Kosmart CO., LIMITED, Hong Kong, operates this game under PocketOdd. For privacy questions or requests, contact 852433522@qq.com. TikTok provides the platform, account and advertising services and handles information for those services under its own regional policies.

Information used by the game

Best scores, completed runs, combos, recent route and checkpoint results, paint unlocks, and sound, vibration and paint preferences are saved on your device. Recent route lists keep up to five entries per mode.

If you choose to share a challenge, the share contains the game mode, score and a route key based on a date and seed. The game does not add your email or account ID to this challenge data. TikTok handles the sharing action through your account.

We do not send custom gameplay analytics to our own servers or send custom analytics events to TikTok in this version. Temporary gameplay and error diagnostics may be available to platform or developer tools during troubleshooting. Error messages can contain technical details; these are not necessarily anonymous.

The game also uses device capabilities such as screen dimensions and touch input to display and control gameplay. It does not ask you to create a separate PocketOdd account. The game has no cloud saves.

TikTok sign-in and platform rewards

The TikTok edition uses silent sign-in to establish a temporary game session and enable supported platform features, such as home-screen shortcut and revisit rewards. TikTok supplies a temporary login code, which the game sends over HTTPS to bendshift-api.pocketodd.com. Our service, hosted on Cloudflare, exchanges the code with TikTok and processes a game-specific TikTok account identifier and platform tokens to verify the session. It returns a signed session token containing a pseudonymous game identifier, valid for at most 15 minutes.

We do not request your TikTok password, name, profile photo, phone number, contacts or precise location. Our login service does not persist login codes, TikTok account identifiers or platform access and refresh tokens, and does not write them to application logs. The game keeps its session token only in memory and does not use it for cloud saves. Cloudflare and TikTok may process network and security metadata under their own policies. If sign-in is unavailable, local gameplay and free replays remain available; features that require a verified session may be unavailable.

Optional advertisements

You can choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to unlock a car paint. The game sends the advertising placement identifier to TikTok and stores the resulting paint unlock on your device.

TikTok and its advertising partners may process account, device, network and advertisement-interaction information for delivery, measurement and security. Advertisement availability and personalization depend on TikTok, your settings and your region. Use the privacy and advertising controls provided in TikTok to manage those platform features. We do not receive your payment details.

Why information is used

We use information to run the game, remember progress and preferences, deliver requested rewards and sharing features, respond to support requests, troubleshoot problems and protect the service.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, this includes providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in reliable and secure operation, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Storage, providers and retention

Local progress remains on the device until it is overwritten, cleared through supported device or platform controls, or otherwise lost. Starting a new run does not clear all saved information. There is no in-game control that deletes all local data. Contact us for help with the storage controls available on your device. Local records are not a recoverable cloud backup.

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to send. Please avoid sending passwords, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information. We use support correspondence to handle your request and keep it only as long as needed for support, disputes or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us about or request deletion of correspondence we hold.

TikTok, its service providers and our website and email providers may process information outside your country, including in Hong Kong and other locations where they operate. Applicable provider policies and transfer safeguards apply. We use HTTPS for these policy pages and limit access to information we hold. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, and may have rights to restrict processing, object, receive a copy, withdraw consent or complain to your local data protection authority. Send requests to 852433522@qq.com, naming the game and describing the request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not control TikTok account records; requests about those records should also be made through TikTok.

You can stop using the game, decline optional advertisements or sharing, and adjust the controls available in TikTok. This game is not intended for children below the minimum age for TikTok in their region, and in any event not for children under 13. If you believe we hold information from a child who is not eligible, contact us.
